At SimpleAstuce, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, and applicable charges.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship worldwide. However, some locations may have restrictions due to carrier limitations or customs regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you before processing your order.
SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIMES

Orders for robotic machines are built by hand per order. The production time typically ranges from 2 weeks to 1.5 months. Once the machine is built, it is shipped by boat, which may take 1 to 2 months to arrive, depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to border processing, but we manage the entire process to ensure the goods reach your doorstep. A tracking number will be provided to keep you updated throughout the entire shipping process.

Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
For robotic machines, we use freight shipping by boat. The estimated delivery timeline includes:
· Production Time: 2 weeks – 1.5 months (hand-built per order)
· Shipping Time: 1 – 2 months (depends on location and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Freight shipping for robotic machines may require additional processing time. Each customer will receive an approximate production and delivery timeline at the time of order placement, and we will stay in contact throughout the process
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

For robotic machines, shipping costs include handling and freight charges.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes in their country. Import duties and customs fees for robotic machines are handled by SimpleAstuce.
SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we have the tracking number available and can provide it upon request. We will also keep you updated throughout the process, as we actively track the shipment until it reaches its destination.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@simpleastuce.com with photos of the packaging and product. Additionally, once you receive your order, we kindly ask that you confirm with us that the goods have arrived in your hands.

If your order is lost in transit, we take full responsibility for ensuring it reaches you. We will provide a replacement and handle the shipping process again to ensure the goods are delivered to your doorstep.

SimpleAstuce takes full responsibility for ensuring that your order reaches your doorstep. If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at contact@simpleastuce.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
SECTION 7 - FREIGHT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS (FOR ROBOTIC MACHINES)

Due to the weight and size of robotic machines, freight shipping is required.

Customers must provide an accessible delivery address that allows for large shipments.

Freight shipments may require scheduled delivery; the carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS

Robotic machines are non-refundable due to shipping complexity (see Refund Policy).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
